ABOUT ME.
I’m Eliya (El-ee-ya), a Melbourne-born creative shaped by a lifelong connection to fashion, art and design. Growing up with a mother who worked as a garment technologist, I was introduced early to the intersection of people, purpose and creativity, and learned to see design not just as expression, but as a powerful problem-solving tool.
I recently graduated from the Australian College of the Arts with a Bachelor of Applied Business (Fashion Marketing), receiving the Academic Achievement Award for my degree and delivering the closing speech at graduation. During my studies, I completed a semester abroad at ESMOD Paris, where I further developed my understanding of branding, consumer behaviour and storytelling within an international fashion context.
With experience across styling, events, education and social media, I bring a collaborative and hands-on approach to everything I do. Having lived in Melbourne, Paris and now London, I’m especially drawn to work that feels culturally aware, creatively driven and genuinely connected to people.
A self-confessed city girl, moving to London by way of Paris has only strengthened my ambition to work within the global fashion and marketing landscape. I’m passionate about helping brands create meaningful stories and experiences that feel both thoughtful and authentic.
Outside of work, I’m usually in the middle of a creative project, drawing, sewing, scrapbooking or painting. I like to think of myself as a second-generation fashion girl, inspired by my mum’s wardrobe and the creativity she brought to her career. She taught me to see fashion as both self-expression and storytelling, a perspective that continues to shape everything I create.
